Hello, I'm Amy

I’m a degree-qualified clinical naturopath, registered with the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA), with a focus on women’s health and modern motherhood.

I help women and mothers reclaim their energy, calm their gut, restore hormonal balance, and navigate life’s big transitions without the guesswork or overwhelm. I consult in clinic at Bloom Natural Health 151 Queen Street Bendigo and offer telehealth naturopathy Australia-wide.

If you’re dealing with gut health issues, hormonal symptoms, fatigue, ADHD, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, pregnancy or menopause, or you’re up late Googling what’s “normal”, you’re in the right place.

Through evidence-based naturopathic care, nutrition and lifestyle medicine, I work to identify root causes, nutritional deficiencies, and rebuild the foundations that support long-term health: sleep, hydration, nervous system regulation, and nourishment.

THE WOMEN’S HEALTH LANDSCAPE IS SHIFTING

Health Isn't a Game of Waiting or Guesswork Anymore.

For many women, symptoms like fatigue, digestive discomfort, hormonal changes, mood shifts, or cycle irregularities are often normalised or managed in isolation. Naturopathy takes a different approach and that looks at how systems interact across the body and across life stages. Modern naturopathic care focuses on understanding why symptoms are occurring, not just when they appear. It considers hormonal patterns, gut health, nutrient status, nervous system regulation and lifestyle context, recognising that women’s health is dynamic, cyclical, and changes through puberty, preconception, motherhood, perimenopause and menopause.

Rather than waiting for disease to develop, naturopathy supports early intervention, resilience, recovery, and long-term wellbeing. This approach reflects a broader shift in healthcare toward evidence-informed, preventative care that works alongside conventional medicine and meets women where they are.

A: Yes. I regularly support women with PMDD, endometriosis and PCOS using an evidence-based, whole-body naturopathic approach.
